01 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the nnko platform and all its users ("Member" or "you"). By using the nnko website (https://nnko.cam), its mobile version, and all services under it, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Applicable Definitions

• "Platform" — nnko's website, applications, and all associated services.
• "Member" — any individual who has registered on nnko and operates an account.
• "Account Balance" — the total amount of money currently held in a member's account.
• "Bonus Funds" — credits granted through promotional offers that can be withdrawn after meeting specific wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to place bets a specified number of times before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create and use an account on the nnko platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to individuals under 21 will be closed at any time and the balance may be forfeited.
• You must be a real individual — operating an account in the name of a company, trust, or legal entity is not permitted.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and current. nnko reserves the right to close any account where false or incorrect information has been provided.
• Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device may result in closure.

Verification Process

nnko reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for identity verification. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily restricted.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account secure. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately via live chat.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.

The account holder is fully responsible for all activity on the account, unless the person concerned can prove that the activity occurred without their knowledge and through no fault of their own.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

Deposits

nnko currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳100. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though some methods may experience a slight delay.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (all methods)
• Deposits must be made from the registered account holder's own payment method.
• Depositing via a third party or using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals to their verified payment method. Important information regarding withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes
• Identity verification must be completed before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• For unusual or suspicious transactions, withdrawals may be delayed for additional verification.

Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted. nnko does not charge any currency conversion fee, though your payment provider may apply separate charges.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

nnko offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. These offers are subject to the following general terms:

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be completed on the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount.

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Once a bonus is claimed, it cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• It is not possible to claim another bonus while a bonus offer is still active.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games and betting categories — bets placed with a bonus on certain games or markets may not count toward the wagering requirement.
• nnko may limit the maximum bonus bet amount.
• If bonus offer abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• nnko reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

VIP and Cashback Program

nnko offers three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to a higher tier. A maximum weekly cashback of 0.3% applies at Bronze, 0.7% at Silver, and 1.0% at Gold. Full details of VIP benefits are available in the relevant section inside the platform.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following betting and gaming rules apply to all members on the nnko platform:

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the related bet will be voided and the original stake returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed unintentionally due to a technical error or feed failure, nnko reserves the right to void those bets.
• In the event of match manipulation, related bets may be voided.

Casino Games

• All casino games are operated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a connection is lost during a game, the outcome will be determined according to the server's records.
• The specific rules for each game are available within the game interface.

07 Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nnko platform. If any of these occur, the account will be immediately closed and legal action may be taken:

• Exploiting bonuses or promotions through artificial means (bonus abuse).
• Gaining an advantage by using multiple accounts.
• Using computer programs, bots, or automated software to conduct games or betting.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Using stolen payment methods or a third party's financial information.
• Fraudulently claiming winnings or creating artificial transactions.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

nnko's Rights

nnko may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

Member's Rights

A member may request account closure at any time by contacting us via 24/7 live chat or at [email protected]. At the time of account closure, any verified balance (with wagering completed) will be returned through the normal process.

09 Limitation of Liability

nnko provides its platform on an "as is" basis. nnko accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
• Unexpected technical errors or server outages.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a member storing account credentials insecurely.
• Ordinary financial losses from betting or gaming.

nnko always strives to provide a safe and reliable service, however it is not possible to guarantee an uninterrupted or error-free service.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

nnko places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. All information provided at registration is kept secure using SSL encryption technology.

• Members' personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Limited information may be used for service improvement, identity verification, and legal compliance.
• Members may request to view or correct their stored information.

11 Responsible Gaming

nnko believes that gaming is a recreational activity and should be enjoyed responsibly. We encourage members to remain aware of the following:

• Never bet beyond your means.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions & Enforceability

• Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• The most recently published terms and conditions will remain in effect at all times.
• If any term is found to be inapplicable or invalid, the remaining terms will continue to be in effect.
